Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

Refunds are only available in the following cases:
The event has been cancelled.
The event has been rescheduled.
As required by Australian Consumer Law. (ACL)
Refunds will not be granted for:
Incorrect purchases or change of mind.
Change in your personal circumstances preventing you from attending the event.

Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if:
The service provided is not delivered as promised, such as a cancelled or significantly rescheduled event.
The service is not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose, such as the event not being conducted as advertised.
There is a major problem with the service provided, such as the event not going ahead as planned under our control.
If your situation falls under ACL protections, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value (excluding non-refundable booking fees).

Haven't Received Your Tickets?

If you haven't received your tickets:
Contact us at [email protected], and we will resend them to you.
If the tickets cannot be resent, we can always verify your booking at the event. Bring a valid photo ID matching the name used for your booking, and we will assist you at the door.

Booking Fees

Please note that booking fees are non-refundable. This is due to the costs we incur, such as payment processing fees, which are not refunded to us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company; refunds may take time to post.
Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.
If you've followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

Liability for Other Losses

Travel, accommodation, and other arrangements made by you are at your own risk. Neither [blank] nor event partners will cover wasted or unrecoverable costs resulting from event cancellations, rescheduling, or changes.

[blank] and event partners are not responsible for loss of enjoyment due to cancellations, rescheduling, or alterations.
3.
Refunds will not be issued if admission is refused or revoked due to a breach of venue or event terms and conditions.
4.
[blank] and event partners are not responsible for personal property taken into the event.
